Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyQuota, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using MyQuota on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

MyQuota is a personal CRM and pipeline management platform designed for account executives and sales teams. Features may include account tracking, contact management, MEDDPICC generation, AI summaries, quota and compensation tracking, team sharing, and related tools. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use MyQuota. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date.

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

Some MyQuota plans require payment. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to: using MyQuota for unlawful purposes; fraud, spam, or deceptive practices; infringing intellectual property rights; interfering with the security or operation of the service; reverse engineering; scraping; reselling or redistributing access; and circumventing any technical limits.

7. Intellectual Property

Seava, LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in MyQuota, including its software, designs, branding, documentation, and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use MyQuota within the terms of your selected plan.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into MyQuota. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of MyQuota is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Service Level

We work to keep MyQuota available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use MyQuota ends immediately.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

MyQuota is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seava, LLC's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data loss, or goodwill, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Seava, LLC harmless from claims arising out of your use of MyQuota, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Florida.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the effective date. Continued use of MyQuota after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
